According to the article of that girl who had her stomach removed, the cocktail was made with liquid nitrogen, not dry ice. Liquid nitrogen is about -100 Kelvin colder than dry ice, and while dry ice drinks are fairly common, I’ve never heard of any with liquid nitrogen.
